Something simple but tasty

Have been feeling a bit flu-ish/tired for the last few days and been travelling so not too much in the fridge. I do have some smoked salmon though.

I'd like to cook something tasty for tea, don't mind going out for ingredients but also don't want to drag myself round the supermarket for too long. I also don't have much of an appetite; have eaten one boiled egg in the last 48 hours.

Any suggestions? (Should also add, dh and ds are gluten-intolerant).

This is nice - but don't know if it's gluten free so forgive my ignorance.

Smoked salmon and cucumber pasta.

Heat up carton of double cream in frying pan, add chopped smoked salmon and small cubed chopped cucumber - you need to peel it too. Add some fresh dill and season. Serve with pasta - you can get gluten free pasta can't you?

Ooh yes, that does sound nice, thank you. And yes, you can get gluten-free pasta. Would taste nicer with proper pasta though, wonder if I should make it for myself and give dh and ds fishfingers
