I have 2 pineapples, other than dressing up as Carmen Miranda, what can I do with them?

Eat them
Dip them in melted chocolate
Puree them and stir into plain yoghurt or pour on ice cream
Upside down cake
Sweet & Sour something
Put in crepes
Puree and freeze

but I'd just eat them. In fact, I have one of my own that I am about to tackle.
