I made a key lime pie on Christmas day and there is still some left in the fridge - basically it's whipped double cream with half fat sweet condensed milk mixed with lime juice and zest on a biscuit base. As it's now two and a half days since I made it (was made xmas day around 11am), can we still eat it or should be now bin it?

So long as the cream is still in date it should be fine (and its been fridged all the time, ie not on a buffet for 6 hrs prior to re fridge)

eSecond eat it - unless it looks or smells weird.

I ate a choc log yesterday I made on xmas eve but wouldn't today. So the amount of days is the same so I say smell it, taste a tiny but and then tuck in if all well. Enjoy!
