Cured my Pork loin it brown/grey is that OK?

I cured my pork Loin as per Nigellas instructions. I've just removed it from the brine ( I left it in it for 12 hours as its smaller than her pork loin and I dont want it to strongly flavoured) it looks a bit greyish is that OK?

Has anyone else done it before and was it any good?
