A question about vegan pancakes...

A few days ago Coral gave me a great recipe for vegan pancakes but I forgot to ask - How long will the batter last??

If I make the batter at night can I refrigerate and use the next morning?

Have made them now for a mid-day snack and they are lovely!! (Sorry I sound surprised but wasn't expecting them to taste so good!)

Guess what, my two dc's that CAN have egg love them and the dc that can't have egg, doesnt like them anyway

yes, in fact in the book it recommends leaving it for at least an hour. so overnight will be fine.

i am making my batter up tonight ready for tomrorow morning

they're reeeeeeeeally nice. i am totally hooked. nicer almost than real pancakes
