Frozen scallops

I bought some on inpulse and don't know what to do with them. DH and I are having a picnicky tea with party ish food so ideas welcome. TIA.

defrost them in milk then drain, dry and flash fry them. Yum.

I have no idea - think it keeps them from drying out.

Or fry then with bits of bacon or chorizo. They taste gorgeous.

Also, Delia used a pack of frozen scallops in one of here cheats from her tv programme. If you have the book you may find something in there (sorry, I dont have it).
