Let's see how different a diet can be nd still be well balanced. And then let's shred each other's way of doing it.

I don't have one, but I'd love it if someone started a website with weekly mealplans for 364 days of the year that are perfectly nutritionally balanced across each week, and using seasonal produce. I can manage Christmas day myself without a plan .

In my ideal world it would also have options for excluding certain items (eg eggs cos ds allergic, or dried fruit that I hate or other dietry needs). It would cover 5-a-day and all other blasted recommendations including portions of oily fish etc. Oh and it should have weekly shopping lists too, and not be ridiculously complicated to cook or bank-breakingly expensive.

I don't ask much do I ?
