How long to defrost and cook turkey and how long to cook gammon?

Frozen turkey breast roll (No bones), 2.2kg How long to cook and defrost please?

Also 2.063kg gammon, how long to cook?

I normally buy a crappy one which has instructions on!

I've just put a gammon in the oven and it's meant to have 55 minutes per kg plus an extra 35mins, at 190C or 180 in a fan oven. That's what the label said!

Sorry can't help with the turkey roll, I don't have a label off one of those

I also have a frozen boneless turkey 'thingy' which is 2.5kg... No idea when to take it out the freezer and no instructions on either!
