truffles - help please

Made these last year and they were YUM. Chocolate, icing sugar and butter. I cant remember what quantities though!! Any ideas?

I did :-

175g melted chocolate
40ml orange squash(or brandy)
30g butter
50g icing sugar
50g ground almonds (I used crushed amaretti biscuits)
