I bought a small fillet on Friday morning, put it in the fridge & haven't got round to using it. Would it still be ok to eat do you think?

If it smells OK, then it's fine (and you will know if it's not smelling OK ). Provided you've kept it refrigerated, and cook it thoroughly, it will be fine.
