If I make fish fingers with frozen fish, can i stick it back in the freezer to eat at a later stage?

Or to be safe should I make fishcakes with poached fish and freeze that?

guess it depends how quick you are, if the fish stays frozen while you coat it with crumbs it sounds agreat idea......

Agree with Red, imho I would wait until you are ready to just use the fish as fishfingers and coat/cook for the meal at the time
