Anyone else attempted Jamies Choc truffles yet?

I have had my mixture in the fridge for 2 hours, and it did not set.

Now have a bowl of chocolate goo!

Did you use double cream?

It may need more time, I've not used Jamie's recipe but have made truffles many times and usually leave for longer thn two hours...

Yes, I used double cream.

The recipe had brandy in it (a slosh), so maybe I shoshed too much!!!

Okay so it's definitely not set after 6 hours

However it is gooey and lovely. Would go great on top of a cheescake.

How long do you think a mixture of double cream, chocolate and alcohol will last in the fridge?
