choc truffles for pressi's

Had a recipe, lost it.

It had butter, cream and chocolate - there was melting and rolling and dusting in coccoa involved. Don't really want complicated ingrediants and methods - need to turn out 100's of the things!

Any ideas people? They are to be Christmas presents as we are not buying this year.

that's it: butter, chocolate and cream, roll in balls, cover in cocoa powder/icing sugar/cinnamon and sugar etc etc

I like grasting nutmeg into some of the mix, or cinnamon, or putting a hazelnut inside each

Your best bet is a quick google for recipes, there will be loads and they should all be pretty similar...
