CHOCOLATE "MOUSSE"
Hands-on time: 10 minutes
Time to table: 30 minutes
Serves 6

12 ounces chocolate
16 ounces soft silk tofu
4 tablespoons honey (substituted for maple syrup)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt the chocolate. Mix it with the remaining ingredients in the food processor until very smooth. Transfer to serving dishes and let chill for at least 20 minutes.

It tastes nicer than it sounds!!!! I make it for my non dairy non egg eating sister and she loves it. Little bit of grated orange zest is nice too

if you don?t mind the calories and cream, I do a simpler recipe:

Melt 2 bars of good choc, glossy and just melted - do not stir while melting.
Gently mix in a large tub of whipped double cream. Goes all fudgy and yummy. Be careful to mix cream in when choc is not boiling hot - just warm and silky.
Nice with a little bit of broken oreo biscuits in the base (baileys added to soften if not for kids) and topped with the creamy dreamy choc mousse

Brilliant - thank you. Not sure that I could get the tofu in our neck of the woods but shall keep an eye out - and really like the sound of Lemontarts - it's for Christmas pud for the children so it sounds perfect. . Lemontart - what size of tub - mls? 500? Thanks!
