Cold spaghetti - any ideas?

Have a huge bowlful of the stuff after my quantity control went haywire at teatime. Currently sitting in water to stop it going solid. Any thoughts for tomorrow? Was thinking something with cheese and pesto - but not really to sure. Could I make it into nests and fry it? Would that be disgusting?

you can put it in omlette, italian guy i used to work with often brought left over spaghetti omlette in to work, it was fantastic! i would mix in some chopped/tinned tomatos , maybe spring onion and fry it all up

I've heard of doing that, but never tried it.
Give it a go, you'll never know otherwise and if it's horrible call the takeaway

you can also mix it into a cheese souffle.

Drain and mix it with a bit of oil now to stop it sticking, and keep in fridge.

Then put cooked spaghettti in bottom of souffle dish and pour cheese souffle mix on top and cook as normal.

It's a Hugh F-W recipe. haven't tried making it myself but have eaten this in France before.

Mix in a little olive oil now to prevent it sticking together and then reuse in a spaghetti bake tomorrow.
