White chocolate fudge....recipe advice please

I was wondering whether I could substitute white chocolate (and cranberries) for dark choc (and pistachios) in Nigella's recipe. Have already made a batch of the dark stuff and thought it would be nice to give a mixed bag as a gift to rellies.

Anyone know? If not, does anyone have a tried and tested (easy) white choc fudge recipe?

There's a MN class ic white choc and cranberries recipe that everyone was making a few years ago, try searching the archives.
