How long will my biscuits keep please?

Aside from fudge I have made hazelnut cinnamon biscuits as gifts for Christmas. I made a batch on Tuesday and put them in a tin lined with parchment paper. Will they have gone stale by Christmas?
I need to make several more batches. Would it be ok to do that now or should I wait until the last minute? TIA

Thanks. That's interesting about the rice. I do have some tupperware but thought the tins would be better.
