Is it okay to parboil sprouts and freeze them? Got lots in this weeks shop and not used them. Would prepare me a bit for Boxing Day.

Maybe not parboil, rather blanch them then freeze.

Blanching veg - simply prepare them as you would normally, then plunge them into boiling water (in a colander or similar) for about 30 seconds or so, then straight into cold water. Then freeze.
