I had to do a retirement cake at really short notice this week so I bought this and marzipanned & iced it myself. Anyway, had a piece last night and it was really surprisingly good cake (very moist and lots of big juicy cherries) at a very reasonable price.

The M & S one with the red star on top is the Good Housekeeping best cake (against all the other cakes )- fully iced Christmas Cake with vintage port - £14.99

thanks for those! drooling now at thought of vintage port...

Last year I had an M&S mid-range one, I think they did 3 different levels, and it was great.
