Does anyone have a nice recipe for Minestrone or chicken stew?

I have used this Minestrone Recipe before and it is good.

Dont have a chicken stew recipe but shall watch to see if anyone else does.

I have a recipe for Hunters Chicken which is made in a tomatoey sauce with cannelini beans etc - does that sound like something you would want?
