really stupid question,

but can i make egg and cress mayo today, and use it tomorrow for sandwhiches???

I really wont have time to do it tomorrow, it will be kept in the fidge?

I was going to put it in a glass bowl and cover with lots of cling film, will that be ok?? otherwise i will go and buy a container
