Stollen - anyone got a really good recipe? Please!

I was going to make one but don't seem to have a recipe which is odd as I know I have made it before.

Anyone got one that definitely works? I have to share this with friends!

Made one using her recipe years ago and it was fine (tho buy from lidl or aldi these days!) Can't guarantee this is the same recipe cos not at home right now but she's pretty reliable!

I actually ended up using this recipe which is not dissimilar to delia but uses more eggs. It is delicious - all soft and fluffy
