My 11 month old absolutely loves the Organix soft baby rusks - I think it has to do with the texture - he doesn't have to gnaw on them for an age.
Anyway, I want to try and make him something similar but from what I can tell most rusk recipes on the internet are for the hard teething type.
I found a 'cookie' recipe that sounded ok but contained a cup of sugar for 36 cookies. Obviously, I dont want to fill him with sugar - does this sound a lot?
Does anyone have a soft biscuit recipe suitable for a baby/toddler?
