i had it in hospital and it was yummy anyone have a recipe?

I do one with blue cheese.

Cook pasta shells
Cook broccoli
Cut up bacon & fry
Make a basic white sauce - do you know how to do this.
Add blue cheese & a teaspoon of english mustard to white sauce
Stir everything together, grate parmesan over the top
Put under grill for 10 mins to brown.
Tricky bit is to have everything cooked at roughly the same time as this will not be under the grill long enough to heat through.

if yo can't be faffed with makimg white sauce, just finely grate parmesan and chopped anchovies into creme fraiche. is lighter and less paste-y with pasta
