Help me make pork chops yummy!!

Ive seen a thread on here before about doing pork chops in the oven but I can't for the life of me find it.

Any ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Nigel Slater does and amazing pork chops in mustard sauce that you cook on the hob. it takes about 20 mins and is divine.

Ive had a look online and I might just be being dense but I can;t find said recipe!

I roast my pork chops in the oven with pear and parsnip wedges then serve with minted bread sauce
