am gooing to d a nigella ham in cola nut dont like the glaze with the recipe. has any one got any other suggestions

in the tesco magazine they have (what looks like) a yummy one with black treacle

i was going to do that...

but now i have nigella in front of me i mith do the coca cola... agh decisions!

Ham, salty, Ginger to compliment (and lots of it), ginger would work with lots of other citrus flavours. even spices like Black pepper and chilli. Soy sauce and honey glaze (salt n sweet). OR how about a sage/coriander/rosemary and groundnut oil mix, infused with breadcrumbs, for the last part of cooking, to allow the rendered fat to be soake dup into th ebreadcrumb mix?
