How do you make your own Baileys?

My dad made some once - unfortunately he never gave me the recipe (and is dead now), but it was MUCH better than Baileys!

I think my dad's recipe had brandy in as well, and it used the camp coffee... but this was a long time ago...

Urgh, had forgotten about this until I saw this thread, but a flatmate and I did this when we were students.

I don't remmeber exactly what was in it, but it was raw egg, cream and whisky amongst other things. Strained through a seive.

How we didn't get salmonella I will never know. [bleugh]

But I seem to remember that we drunk it all.....

No, but Adsa's own make - Irish Nights/Knights??? is fabby - and about £3 a bottle - as a baileys fan I couldnt tell the difference
