okay I have one of those seasonal veggie bags with carrots, swede, and leek. What can I do with them?? I have potatoes in the cupboard, red onion, chili, lime, cherry tomatoes, couscous...

I don't want to buy too much for the party as We are going away this Monday and party will be Friday night. HELP!!!! Thank you in advance.

If you boil/steam them for about 5 mins, then add to baking dish with tub creme frache and a dollop of horseradish and bake for 20-30 mins it is delicious. Also add some gruyere to top.

how small should I cut them up before steaming them?
