Truffle help ?

What can I substitute for ground almonds ?

oh um cake teacher lady said you could put bashed up biscuits in, or v fine breadcrumbs . They only act as a thickener so she said.

What are you using them for? I make delia's truffles every christmas.

biscuit crumbs sound good - not using cream so can't do Delia's !
