I have just made dumplings using strong white bread flour instead of self raising. Can't start again as not enough of the other ingredients, will they be okay?

TBH I think there is only me that really likes them and there is plenty of other stuff if they do go wrong. I balme the supermarket for having the different flours in the same coloured bags.

see in our house, we all like dumplings (except DS1) and DS2 always looks in the pan when I am dishing it out and says to DH those that are left are mine for second helpings!
