Yeah, put bit of oil on, roast for, erm, don't know, until start to go brown. 30 minutes?

they are enormous - too big for steamer or micro

i'd wrap them in foil with a blob of butter and some pepper in oven (so they sort of steam), take foil off towards end to brown cos they might otherwise dry out a bit

I boil corn (husked), in salted water, for exactly 8 minutes. Then serve with butter and more salt.
