Bailey fudge!

I've tried to make some fudge with Baileys and it just wont set.
Is it because of the alcohol content or am i just adding too much?
Can fudge be made in a food processor? Is that where i'm going wrong?
I've got tons of fudge to make for Xmas.
Anyone, know any foolproof recipies?

Ooh, that sounds nice! I got mine from the Nestle website - I reckon you could substitute the milk with Baileys. Or would it go funny with all that boiling?

Thanks for the pointers. I've found an american recipie, that gets the milk, butter and sugar all boiled up for 11 minutes.
Then you just add the mixture to a bowl containing the Baileys and chocolate.
