ive got lovely festive cake tins, one in the shape of santa and another is a xmass tree, have tried to make cakes in them but it stuck and didnt turn out ,bits left stuck to tins so santa was deformed and tree didnt look like tree at all. i used victoria sponge .think thats my problem, any suggestions that could work better?, must be nut free and easy to do as im new at this cake making lark
