Will it all go horribly wrong? I put in a cup of self raising the realised and put in bread flour for second cup.

Will i come down in the morning to a dough monster escaping from my bread machine?

is there bread flowing out your kitchen door this morning?

skrimbo · 08/12/2008 21:53

Well reporting back.

Bread was fine, better than yesterdays loaf actually, didn't sink that wee bit in the middle, nice flat top. Taste and texture spot on too. Might try a loaf with just SR flour, can't remember is it cheaper then strong bread flour?

I think it is cheaper yes!

Shucks, I was hoping for a report of half baked dough everywhere! Still experimentation is often a good way to discover top tips!
