Lobster!

Right - DH is abandoning me for a week on a business trip tomorrow so I've bought myself a cooked lobster as a treat.

What do I do with the bleeder now? How can I heat him through without drying him out or killing myself?

Just give him a decent burial....................

Just dug out my Lidls frozen one and it says to serve hot place in boiling water for 5 minutes. Think H sticks it on a plate, covers with clingfilm and bungs it in the microwave for 3 minutes. HTH!

Thanks Malkuth - I bought mine from Morrisons, but do you think the bloghters tell you what to do with it!

Will bung it in boiling water for five minutes and serve with yummy butter and field mushrooms!

I have bought a Lidl one too, no idea how to serve it once its cooked though, so its still in its little frozen cacoon in my freezer... Dh is quite looking forward to it.. so i need to produce the goods soon..

I dont eat fish so what goes well with lobster, and how do serve it!?

Lobster is lovely flaked into spagetti and tossed into lots of olive oil-drools..lucky buggers!
