My mum is coming over christmas eve, lucky me! Was toying with the idea of cooking Schnitzel and chips with Jaeger sauce. I lived in Germany most of my childhood as my Dad was in the Army, and as far as my mum is concerened it came out of a packet...not much help when there's no handy German shop to get it from. Does anyone have any idea how I'd make it from scratch?
