Hi - any thoughts on this please? We borrowed a choc fountain for DDs birthday yesterday and sloshed 1kg of galaxy into it and a bit of vegetable oil. There is lots left which we've decanted into little pots. So my questions are:-
- Can we freeze it?
- If not, could I use it tomorrow to make a tray bake and scoff within the next few days? That would involve remelting it again and then chilling.....
What do we think??
