1, can you freeze a ginger biscuit or ginger biscuit dough?

2, how many biscuits (digestive sized) would you give as a gift to a couple?

3, would you like to be given half dark chocolate dunked ginger bisuits as a gift?

  1. I think so, but not certain
  2. Maybe a couple of dozen, or a medium box-full
  3. yes, yummy

  1. I would freeze the dough not the biscuits
  2. 12? 3)I'd prefer them plain. But I'd eat chocolate dunked ones anyway. I'd be pleased that someone had thought of me and bothered to make something.

Recipe?

You can freeze dough but I wouldn't freeze the biscuits

12

Yes.

Had you thought of cutting them into shapes to suit the people you're giving them to? You can get amazing biscuit cutters (I collect them!)Apologies if that is teaching my grandma to suck eggs!

Thank you kindly, do you really think 12 would be enough? I am making everyone chocolates too.

Like the idea of the cutters, but it a recipe where you roll the dough into balls for each biscuit, rather then roll the dough out.
