I normally keep my garlic in the fridge but was wondering whether it needed to be.

I keep mine in a little open top clay pot that ds1 made at primary school on the window sill in the kitchen.

It's not refridgerated in the shops so I don't keep mine in the fridge. I keep it in the fruitbowl. With the onions. Is that a bit odd?

bellaBuonNatalevita · 03/12/2008 14:23

I keep my onions in a box with the potatoes!

it doesn't need to be in the fridge. I have plaits hanging up in the hallway. It reeks! Half used heads are in a little bowl with ginger.

Itsjustsorandom · 03/12/2008 14:24

I just keep it on wooden shelves or in a cupboard

NorbertDentressangle · 03/12/2008 14:26

We keep ours in a bowl in the cupboard. It gets used quickly so no worries about freshness

Of course it isn't in the fridge at the shops! Oops.
