A quiche that I've found in the freezer. It says if frozen eat within 1 month of freezing. I would estimate it has been in the freezer for the best part of a year! If i make sure it heats up thoroughly will it be ok? Thanks

I do that kind of thing all the time !

No I doubt it - I feed DH stuff out of the freezer that is years out of date and he is still around.

Good heavens. Never entered my mind to worry about this. Have quiches that are years old in my freezer! Go for it

Thanks saythatagain I was hoping someone would say that . TBH I don't have a problem risking it for me but just wanted to check for DD. Ovens heating up as we speak so fingers crossed it will be ok!

I do this sort of thing all the time too. DH always reckons if it don't smell nad, he'll risk it
