DD and I are off with a hideous cold is it ok to make the Xmas cake?

I've got 101 things to do and we're both pretty miserable and sick of CBeebies already.If we don't breath on it when it comes out of the oven do you think it would be ok?

So long as you wash your hands thoroughly before you start, and again if you touch your nose/mouth/eyes, and avoid coughing or sneezing towards it then it should be fine. Handwashing is the real biggie for infection control!
