Brief rash on face after some meals

My almost 11-month-old DD has just (in the last month at the most) started getting a small red patch on her face after some meals. It appears to be after meals where she has had something that has had a lot of milk (cow's) in it (eg white sauce). The rash is quite small, always in the same spot and goes away in about an hour. She has no other symptoms and does not seem in any distress. Has anyone else experienced something like this? What do you think I should do?

my nearly 6 mth old does this after he has his 2 big bottles of milk - first thing and last thing altho he has reflux too so am never sure whether its his reflux hurting him altho it doesnt seem to bother him or the milk. i did mention it to gp who didnt really seemed bothered but he did say i could try him on soya milk for a trial period but as the red rash goes away again - probably after approx an hr dont think i'll bother altho he gets a bit sweaty as well when it happens.

Thanks. Does anyone else have advice or experience with this? I've just left a message with our local health visitors. I am just worried that it will escalate. I was really looking forward to the end of formula when she was one!!
