Does anyone have the Gordon Ramsay Chocolate Granola Recipe from The Saturday Times?

Because it was going to be the answer to all my christmas present problems but DH put it out with the recycling and it's gone forever. Can't find it on the internet.

If anyone could take the time to type it up here for me I'd be SO grateful - it was either two or three saturdays ago.

Failing that, anyone got any other nice luxury granola ideas that I can stick in ye olde fashioned flip top lid glass jar and tie a red ribbon around? His featured dark chocolate, as I recall, which did make it look rather delicious in the jar.

I have one for reindeer food its a cinnamon granola.. but obviouslly called raindeer food as we made it the week before x-mas.. and some must be reserved for rudolph.. .. I will have a look for a chocolatey one though if I get the time..

Oh yes, I think that must be it - thanks roquefortlover! I don't know why I thought it was Gordon - guess I just associate him with all the foody stuff in the times.
