Freezing soup

I have an abundance of leaks and potatos so I want to make a vat of soup and freeze most of it.
Is it Ok to Freeze soups that have been made up with cream or milk?
Can I use elmlea instead of cream in leak and potato soup?
Will someone please come over to my house and make the soup as I really cannae be arsed.
Fecking cod worms.

No, leave out cream and egg yolks if you plan to freeze. Add them after thawing and reheating.

I leave out the cram too and stir it in after reheating.
