Is she attention seeking by not eating

How can they seem to survive on so little? She does have a little sister now 10 mths could it be attention seeking?
My 2 1/4yr old today has survived on sml bowl of rice crispies, a toasted teacake and a crumpet. I know they are not the best things but it was what she wanted and anything to get her to eat something!! I do meals varying from lasagne, shepherds pie, chilli & rice, fish fingers chips & beans but she doesn't eat any of them. She seems happy and doesn't look ill.
We have just returned from centre parcs and she hasn't much there either despite swimming every day.
This has gone on now for about 10 days and now her poo has turned light brown/yellow, is this to be concerned about? I don't want to seem to be a paranoid parent by going to the docs.
She also says NO a lot to what seems like everything, bath, bed, story etc. Is it a phase
