Sorry for sounding a bit useless but I have to cook a roast dinner for 5 adults and 2 children at the weekend. All have pretty big appetites so was wondering what size beef joint I should buy?
I normally just pick up a joint I think is big enough in the supermarket, but I am shopping online at the moment and haven't a clue in terms of kilos.
