Will trout take going inot cheese sauce and making into a fish pie????

Never really cooked it this way what do you think? Using the easy cheese sauxe from delia and mash on top????

Agree, you need a white or pink fish for fish pie.

will be fine, best mixed with other fish though (cod, salmon, smoked haddock). Salmon is an oily fish and that is commonly used in fish pie.

I agree salmon is oily but trout is surely too oily though? Somehow trout in a fish pie doesn't sound very appealing to me!
