Just thought I'd share!

Use one of those bags of frozen chicken breasts/fillets either Iceland or I use the Tesco value ones! very cheap.
Bung them in the slow cooker straight from freezer. Pour over a couple of cans of condensed soup (I use chicken, chicken and wine or mushroom)
The cover with any veg you have in your fridge. I've used today carrots, onions, courgettes and mushrooms (all value ones lol)

Leave for a few hours on high (6 to 8 I'd say) and then serve with potatoes, pasta or rice up to you!

I always keep a pack of the frozen chicken in the freezer and then do this meal when I cant think of anything else lol

I've got a really easy one - just chuck in...

Chopped large onion
Two cloves of crushed garlic
Tin chopped tomatoes
Tim of baked beans (if you're common like me or mixed beans if you're posh
1 tspn each cumin seeds and ground coriander
1 tbspn honey
Glass of red wine
1/2 tspn cinnamon
Frankfurters chopped into bite-sized pieces (you can get really good German ones at Lidl or Aldi)

Cook on high for about four hours. Serve with mash or rice (as above!)
