Along the lines of lebkuchen, biscotti, gingerbread. Expect this has been covered elsewhere but havn't found any recipes yet...

This one I am trying tomorrow as I have the ingredients and this one looks really good and it's gluten free so my mum can eat it.

I love Lebkuchen, I know it is Christmas time when Aldi and Lidl get in teh Lebkuchen!

I did go into Lidl today, didn't manage any baking, and skillfully avoided the Lebkuchen 'big bag for 1.19' display!
