Why do you do it?
Not being critical - just ignorant of the facts.

To avoid nasty chemical residues in our food.

I buy all milk/eggs/butter/cheese organic. And carrots, apples, brocolli, flour, and bread.

They are the staples that I feel are most important - I can't afford for everything to be organic, so go for high-residue foods (inc. animal produce - no meat as veggy) and foods we eat a lot of.
